Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 orange, sectioned
Preparation
    Combine egg whites,
    corn syrup, water, sugar and cream of tartar in top of
    double boiler.
    Beat for 1 minute at high speed to blend.
    Beat until mixture forms peaks when beater is raised, about 7 minutes.
    Add vanilla.
    Continue to beat until thick enough to
    spread.\tPut
    filling between layers of cake, then cover entire
    cake\twith
    icing.
    Decorate\twith
    orange slices after sprinkling sides and top with coconut.
