Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 loaves bread, cubed
    2 tsp. sage
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can whole oysters (reserve juice)
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix in all other ingredients and either stuff bird or bake in a covered dish, that has been buttered, for 1 hour.
    Uncover last 10 minutes of baking.
