Sausage Tortilla Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. link sausage
10 large tortillas
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (3 oz.)
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
2 oz. chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped tomato
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. ground chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook sausage according to package directions; drain and cut in slices.
Place 9 tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Place remaining tortilla in center of plate.
Combine sausage slices and cheeses; sprinkle over tortillas.
Next, sprinkle tomato and chili peppers over cheeses.
Beat eggs, milk, chili powder and salt; pour over the layered ingredients.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until puffed up in center. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
