Freezer French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    8 or more slices day-old French bread, cut 3/4-inch thick
    butter, melted
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Place bread on rimmed baking sheet.
    Pour mixture over bread and let stand for a few minutes.
    Turn slices over and let stand until all mixture is absorbed.
    Freeze, uncovered, until firm.
    Package airtight if you intend to keep it frozen for more than 1 day.
