Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox instant gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. hot water
    1 1/4 c. Taylor's cream sherry
    1/2 c. lemon juice (may use approximately 2 lemons and 1/2 an orange)
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Soak gelatine in cold water.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Pour boiling water over this.
    Then add lemon and orange juice.
    When it has cooled, add wine.
    Chill and serve with whipped cream.
