Stromboli - cooking recipe

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
4 slices Provolone cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
garlic salt
oregano
Preparation

Mix mustard and mayonnaise together; set aside. Using a large ungreased cookie sheet, roll dough into a rectangle about 12 x 15-inches. Down the center, layer ham, grated cheese, salami and Provolone. Sprinkle garlic salt and oregano over cheese to taste. Spread sides of bread with mustard mixture. Fold sides of bread over meat and cheese filling; overlap at center. Seal with water. Do the same for the ends of dough. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool, then cut.
