Olive-Oregano Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dried currants
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
    1 tsp. honey
    1 c. calamata olives (1/2 lb.), pitted and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and bruised
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl, cover the currants with the boiling water. Let soften about 5 minutes.
