Five-Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    2 large potatoes, diced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. water
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. celery, cut up
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and put into a roaster.
    Bake in slow oven for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
