Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corn
1 or 2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 c. milk
6 to 8 crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix corn, lightly beaten eggs, salt, pepper, melted butter and milk together.
Place in buttered baking dish, cover with cracker crumbs and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake in a slow oven for about 1/2 hour or until firm.
