Marinated Crab Claws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. capers
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
2 c. sliced red onion rings
2 lb. crab claws (fresh)
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and pour over crab claws.
Marinate for 8 to 24 hours.
May want to drain before serving.
