Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. precooked shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
4 to 6 green onions
1 clove garlic
1 medium green pepper
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. precooked carrots
1/2 c. squash
8 oz. snow peas
1 stick light oleo
Minute rice as per number of 1/2 c. servings needed
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in oleo.
Add scallops; cook until done.
Add vegies; cook on low to medium heat until vegies are slightly crisp.
Add shrimp.
Season to taste with Mrs.
Dash, spicy.
Serve over Minute rice.
One half cup rice per serving. Any combination of vegies may be used.
