Pork Chops And Rice(Dedicated To My Dad, Bob Snodgrass) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper (lightly)
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown pork chops, slowly, not too brown.
    Remove from pan and saute onions.
    Mix all ingredients together, except chops and soup.
    Place mixture in bottom of flat Pyrex dish and lay pork chops on top.
    Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and pour on top. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours covered with foil.
    Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.
