Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread, broken up
    1 qt. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together (except for the nutmeg) and put it into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
