Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 acorn squash
salt
1/2 lb. sausage
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion chopped
Preparation

Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
Place cut side down in water (an inch or so).
Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle with salt. Cook sausage and onion, drain.
Stir in bread crumbs.
Spoon mixture into cavities and bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
