Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut in chunks
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and top with chow mein noodles just before serving.
Great summer salad.
