Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick oleo
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook in large saucepan brown sugar, 1 stick oleo and the 1/2 cup of milk.
    Cook exactly 2 minutes after it starts to boil around the edges.
    Take it off and put the pan in a shallow pan of cool water.
    As it starts to cool, add 2 cups of powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer for a smoother texture.
    If you would like it thicker, add more powdered sugar to your liking.
