Quick Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    parsley, salt and pepper
    3 c. (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, string beans, zucchini mixture; trim the vegetables of tough leaves)
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, mix the onion, eggs, oil, Bisquick, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch Pyrex pan.
    This forms the bottom crust.
