Barbecued Spareribs Or Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. country style spareribs
2 medium onions
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 or 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice (bottled okay)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup or chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Place ribs in roaster, uncovered, and bake for 1/2 time at 400\u00b0 (1 hour).
In saucepan, brown onions, sliced in oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Pour over spareribs; turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour longer. Baste often (about every 15 minutes).
Serves 4.
