Mock Peanut Butter Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
8 c. corn flakes cereal

Preparation

Bring to a boil the sugar and syrup.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Pour over corn flakes.
Mix well. Spread and press in a buttered pan.
Let cool and break into pieces.
