Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cut up Velveeta
    1 c. Taco Bell Home Originals salsa
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    dash of green food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Pare, grate and drain cucumber.
    Combine all ingredients in food processor.
    Serve as is as sandwich or canape spread.
    Thin with sour cream to make a dip for vegetables.
