Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 apples, skinned, cored and cubed
    2 cans chopped pineapple
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 large bunch grapes (seedless)
    chopped walnuts
    mayonnaise
    3 stalks celery, sliced in small pieces
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the apples, pineapple, grapes and celery. Add enough mayonnaise to hold the fruit and vegetables together.
    The sweetness of the fruits will decrease the intensity of the mayonnaise. Add chopped walnuts to taste.
    Refrigerate until served. Add the sliced bananas just before serving to prevent them from becoming mushy.
