Smoked Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked and bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. grated onion or finely chopped onions (can also use green onions)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. pepper or dash of hot sauce
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine salmon and next 7 ingredients.
    Shape into a ball or log.
    Chill for several hours.
    Before serving, roll ball in nuts, then parsley and paprika.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
