Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. corn meal
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans creamed corn
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients in oblong casserole pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
