Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flavor desired
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar; then add eggs, 1 at a time.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Add alternately with the buttermilk.
    Add flavoring.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
