Potatoes O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in a little boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until just tender.
    Drain and turn into 1-quart greased casserole.
    Add onion, parsley, pimento and green onion.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Sprinkle with butter.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
