Alaska Golden Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. halibut fillets or flounder
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt or sour cream
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. almonds, sliced
    dash of paprika
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dip fillets in crumbs and place in a greased baking dish. Combine in a bowl mayo and lemon juice.
    Add yogurt or sour cream; blend well.
    Fold in egg white.
    Sprinkle fillets with onion and spoon mayo mixture on top of fillets.
    Sprinkle with almonds and paprika and cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes.
