Cheesy Chicken Breast Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
4 slices Muenster cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick oleo
mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

Spray bottom of glass baking dish with Pam. Place chicken in dish and place a slice of cheese on each breast. Mix soup and water and spread over all. Melt oleo and mix with stuffing mix; spread over all. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.
