Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 carrots
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. onions
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook sliced carrots.
Mix water, onions, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Arrange carrots in baking dish. Pour mixture over; top with cracker crumbs.
Dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
