Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 small can peas and carrots, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove from bone and cut into pieces.
    Place meat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup and broth; pour over chicken. Add peas and carrots, if desired.
    Mix milk and flour; pour over soup.
    Melt margarine and pour over the flour mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
