Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. wide noodles
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef, add salt, sugar and pepper.
Spread cooked noodles in 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
In separate bowl, mix cream cheese and onion, add sour cream and spread over noodles.
Spread beef over cheese mixture.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
