Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Crumble and mix with grated cheese. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and top with sausage. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve hot.
