Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks
    1 c. bananas
    1 c. oranges, cut up
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
    1/2 c. dates or nuts or combination
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin water and then blend in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Freeze about 3 hours or until firm.
