Lemon Bars #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
rind of lemon
1/2 c. shortening
pinch of salt
1 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Work flour, shortening, powdered sugar and salt as you would pie crust and press into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
