Italian Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large peeled shrimp
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 small chopped garlic clove
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add shrimp, mushrooms and garlic. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
    Uncover; stir in sherry and parsley.
    Cover and simmer for about five minutes.
    Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese generously.
    Serve with crunchy Italian bread, salad and chilled white wine.
    Serves 4.
