Sandy'S Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. fruit (your choice: blueberries, drained pineapple, raspberries, etc.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and
salt.
Add sifted mixture alternately with milk.
Fold in floured blueberries or other fruit and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Bake in muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Yields 14 large muffins or 2 dozen small muffins.
