Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 large jar pimentos
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese in a baking dish, then sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
