Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    6 pork chops
Preparation
    Mix rice and beef consomme into a 2-quart casserole dish. Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup grease and place on top of rice.
    Cut onion and tomato; place on top of pork chops.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
