Jerry'S Favorite Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast (beef or venison)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 soup cans water
    potatoes
    carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place roast in roasting pan.
    Mix in saucepan mushroom soup and onion soup.
    Add 2 soup cans of water. Heat until blended well.
    Pour soup mixture over roast.
    May add potatoes and carrots.
    Cover and bake for 2 to 3 hours, depending on size of roast.
    Soak venison roast overnight in vinegar and water; drain and rinse before cooking.
