Multi Grain Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. barley flour
    1/4 c. oat flour
    1/4 c. buckwheat flour
    1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or molasses
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine wet ingredients.
    Fold quickly wet and dry ingredients just until flour is moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen large muffins.
