Cocoa Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 sticks oleo or butter
5 eggs
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients into a small bowl.
Add flour and milk to egg mixture alternately.
Add vanilla.
Grease and flour large Bundt or tube pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from pan at once.
Ice while still warm.
