Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled
    2 c. chicken broth (add after onions, etc.)
    1 Tbsp. butter and 4 Tbsp. flour, cooked together to make roux (until golden brown)
    1 c. green scallions
    1 c. onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1 large clove garlic
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Begin with roux, then add onions, garlic and celery; cook until soft.
    Add broth, tomatoes and spices.
    Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve with 4 to 6 cups of rice.
