Fly-Off-The-Plate Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 c. hot water
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    6 tsp. salt
    12 to 14 c. flour or enough to make soft dough
Preparation
    In small bowl, dissolve the yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in the 1 cup warm water and set aside.
    In large bowl, mix together hot water, sugar, margarine and salt.
    Stir in 6 to 8 cups of flour and then stir in the yeast mixture.
    Add rest of the flour to make a soft dough and knead very good.
    Let rise.
    Knead down and it is ready to put in greased pans.
    May make rolls, sweet rolls, tea rings, etc.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
