Deer Meat With Spicy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. deer meet (tenderloin), sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. oil (peanut or Crisco)
    dash of Molly McButter
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 large can tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. hot pepper seed (use less for mild sauce)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut tenderloin into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Brown in skillet in 1/2 cup oil.
    Sprinkle with Molly McButter and garlic salt. After meat loses red color, add dry mustard and sugar.
    Reduce heat and add tomato juice, pepper seed, green pepper and onion. Simmer for about 1 hour, covered.
    If necessary, thicken sauce with cornstarch.
    Serve over cooked Uncle Ben's long grain rice.
