Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sirloin tip roast or more
    2 onions, sliced
    1 family-size bottle catsup
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook roast and all ingredients in a large covered pan on 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Take out and shred with 2 forks.
    Bake, uncovered, 3 hours longer.
    Stir frequently.
