Maids Of Honor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    4 Tbsp. lard or shortening
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cold water (to mix)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in bowl.
    Mix in lard or shortening, then, using a knife to cut and stir, mix with cold water to form a stiff paste.
    Turn dough on a floured board or work top and roll out. Cut in rounds, using a 3-inch cutter; line 16 to 18 pastry tins. Place a little jam in each pastry.
