Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar (light)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage (238\u00b0).
    Remove from heat.
    Add margarine and confectioners sugar.
    Let cool to 220\u00b0. Add nuts and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop on wax paper.
    Let cool.
