Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 small cans beef broth
    sprig of parsley
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute onions in margarine 25 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered.
    Add parsley the last 5 minutes.
    Blend.
    Add beef broth and mix well.
    Serve piping hot.
