Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo
1 qt. ice cream (vanilla)
2 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and line 9 x 13-inch pan with cracker mixture.
Save 1/2 cup of cracker mixture for topping.
Refrigerate crust.
Mix softened ice cream and pudding and milk with mixer; pour over crust.
Spread Cool Whip over ice cream mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture on top.
Keep refrigerated.
