Margaret'S Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, skin removed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium can crushed pineapple (approximately 10 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown chicken breasts in margarine.
    After turning chicken to brown second side, cover pan with lid and cook chicken on low for 20 minutes.
    Remove chicken.
    Add green pepper and onion to pan drippings and saute.
    Add cornstarch and pineapple with juice. Add chicken, which has been cubed, and continue cooking 5 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
    Yields 3 servings.
