Stewed Corn And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. onion
    4 ears fresh corn, kernels removed
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (4 to 5)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    sprinkle of sugar
    drop of hot sauce
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add corn, tomatoes, pepper, salt and pepper, sugar and hot sauce.
    Cook, covered, 20 minutes over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender.
    Garnish with parsley and bacon; serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
